Please complete your registration and pay the registration fee according to your participant category. For bank transfer, please mark the remittance note with ICPM2026 + participant’s full name. For group payment for multiple participants from the same institution, please list all participants’ full names in the remittance note. Participants from different institutions are recommended to register and make payments separately. After the conference, electronic invoices for registration fees will be sent to the email addresses provided during registration.

2、团体注册优惠政策（Group Registration Discount）

同一单位一次性完成 5 人及以上注册并缴纳注册费，可享受5 人缴费可减免 1 人注册费的团体优惠。

Where 5 or more participants from the same institution register and pay at one time, the registration fee for one participant shall be waived.

3、费用包含（Fee Includes）

参加所有学术会议环节（主题报告、全会报告、分会场报告）。

Access to all scientific sessions (keynotes, plenary talks, parallel sessions).

会议资料（会议日程、摘要集）。

Conference documentation (program book, abstract book).

参加海报展示环节。

Participation in poster sessions.

4、注意事项（Important Notes）

本次会议为参会人员提供餐饮服务，费用包含在注册费内。注册费不包含住宿、交通费用。

The registration fee does NOT include accommodation, transportation.

取消政策：9月21日前取消可申请50%退款；9月21日后不予退款。

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund available before Sep 21; no refund after Sep 21.
